The Management Team

Document Direct was founded by CEO Martyn Best in 2005. A former Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young in both Saudi Arabia and Liverpool, he has played a key role in supporting, investing and developing a wide range of businesses in many sectors. He brings this understanding and focus to ensure Document Direct produces a first class service, based around reliability and consistency, integrating the best technologies, and providing the best possible customer service experience.

Our wider management team has a wealth of experience working in legal practice and many have themselves been legal secretaries. Our operations team alone can boast over 60 years of legal and professional services secretarial experience amongst them. This depth of experience, combined with a strong mix of IT support and management skills, means that we are able to design high-tech systems and processes, whilst keeping the experience for clients simple and personal and entirely relevant to your business. So, for example, you can be sure that if you are a legal business, your documents will be processed only by a member of the team with good experience as a legal secretary who has demonstrated that they can work time and again to a client’s deadlines.
