Legal Audio Secretary

We require our audio transcriptionists to have a minimum typing speed of 70wpm and can type up 60 minutes of dictation easily within 4 hours.

You should also have advanced word processing skills and can use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. They have a good command of business English and enjoy building a good rapport with our clients. We would like our team to go the extra mile to make sure that clients’ deadlines are met and only quality work is delivered.

Our team have a wealth of experience of working with solicitors, surveyors, IFAs and all professional services and understand legal terminology and layout of court documents and forms.

They understand how important it is to deliver top quality work to our clients and to exceed their expectations. In return they enjoy receiving great feedback from the people they help. Document Direct’s clients are hard working international professionals who expect quality support at any time of the day. There is a team of people available 24 hours a day to help our clients.

All transcriptionists who work with Document Direct are self employed and responsible for their own tax and national insurance contributions and Document Direct cannot guarantee a minimum amount of work and actively encourages typists to seek work from other agencies.

We require our team to be available for their chosen hours of work. Please complete the shifts you wish to apply for on the form.
