Document Direct offers two levels of foreign language services. If you have a need for a foreign speaking secretary we can provide your outsourced transcription services in any language. For foreign language transcription prices are based on the length of the audio file. Common European and Indian languages can be transcribed at a reduced fixed rate. This service can be seamlessly integrated with any digital dictation system.
Full translation services can be provided by sending an audio file which will be transcribed from foreign language to foreign language and then carefully translated. Or, a document can be faxed directly to us with the request for a translation. The completed document can also be certified if this is required for legal reasons. The turnaround times can vary from language to language but we promise it will be no later than 48 hours.
