Translation and other language transcription
Two levels of service are offered. Outsource dictation from foreign languages and we can provide outsourced secretaries (who remain UK based) to transcribe in the foreign language. A full translation service is available by professional UK based translators.
Typing legal forms
Court forms, Land Registry forms and any other type of legal form are available from a library of more than 1,400.

Using Document Direct’s out of hours service is an ideal solution for managing overflow work and busy times when night time work may be needed.
Conference and interview transcription
We can accept electronic audio in WAV, DSS, WMA and MP3 formats. The cost of transcribing interviews depends on the clarity of recording, number of people in discussion and length of recording.
Copy typing and word processing
We use our advanced word processing skills to give you documents which contain automatic paragraph numbers, cross references to paragraph numbers, automatic tables of contents and footers which will automatically update page numbers and any other features you may need.
Book manuscripts
We will transcribe your dictation to your style of writing, so if you don’t want to use a formal business English and keep your book in a flowing, chatty style, then we’ll use apostrophes and type as you talk.
PowerPoint design
Whenever possible we will use PowerPoint 2007 which has improved design and animation features so that your presentation will look as slick as possible.
Database entry on Excel
Excel can be imported/exported from most databases. If you have a lot of records that need to be typed up into a database we can take this pain away from you.
Blogs
A lot of businesses can benefit by interacting with their clients on the web. Dictating regular articles to be posted on a blog can be made simple and we’re more than happy to help set up and post your blog articles for you.
