We believe in keeping everything simple and have just one rate per minute of dictation. The rate doesn’t change if you send us priority work or out of hours work.
We provide just one level of service: premium. Our clients enjoy the benefits of priority and fast turnaround of work and out of hours support, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. That doesn’t mean our charges are premium. We compete in service, not price.
Our charges are crystal clear and easily verifiable. You don’t pay any subscription charge, software or maintenance fees. There are no hidden extras just pay as you go for a great service.
We simply add up the minutes and seconds for all of your dictation and will even supply you with a detailed breakdown if you wish.
