Getting Started
What do we need from you? You should let us know what type of work you want us to do, how you like it done and where we are to send your completed work.
You will also need to tell us what digital ditation system and devices you are using. We are compatible with almost all dictation systems and if you don’t have any system in place yet, then that’s not a problem either, as we can give you our software for free.
Most companies use a set of templates which sets out documents in their preferred font size and type and layout. You can simply email us your templates (as many as you like) and we will mirror your own computer set up.
We would also like to know your preferred style of writing, eg, date format, use of capital letters, use of emphasis in formatting and we will write a style guide so that every document you receive back from us is exactly what you want.
If you don’t already have standard templates then that’s not a problem either. As part of our normal service we will give you a free consultancy and design some templates for you.
