A confidential and secure outsource typing service is delivered by Document Direct. We undertake and monitor the security of our systems and processes wherever possible.
At the beginning of the process the digital dictation is encrypted before it is transferred across the internet to our servers. Only our licensed typists will be able to transcribe the digital dictation.
Our servers are protected by Secure Socket Layer Certiciation (SSL Cert) which is the same level of security that online banks use.
Our typists are given restricted access to our servers and are allowed to see only the dictation and templates that they need to perform their job. It is not possible for our typists to work on their own computers to transcribe the digital dictation.
Each of our typists signs a confidentiality agreement before being given access to our clients’ digital dictation.
We ensure that all of our data remains within UK jurisdictation.
Our clients can be given access to a secure website to download completed work, thereby removing any potential security threat from emailing data.
