Transcription for Lawyers

We can assist law firms, lawyers, solicitors, barristers and expert witnesses and legal services. All of our secretaries have a legal background from almost all areas of law, covering PI, conveyancing, family, trusts and wills as well as more specialist subjects such as marine law. We understand your terminology and your clients’ needs.

Your work is typed up onto your templates and any standard documents that you use. We also have a bank of templates for various documents such as leases and agreements and court pleadings and will be pleased to help you create any other template and precedents you need.

We use Peapod Solution’s PrintaForm to produce a whole range of legal forms. You dictate the forms and we send you a PDF non-editable version to save, print and file.

Your work is typed up within hours and you can choose your own deadline. If that letter really does need to be sent to your client today then with a click of a button choose a 1 hour turnaround (subject to the length of the dictation). Your work is sent directly to you by your favourite typist.

Confidentiality is key and all of our secretaries sign a legal agreement with us to keep any and all information confidential. Our terms of business contain the contract between us and our clients. We will sign a non-disclosure agreement personal to our client if they send us the documentation.

Our servers have  Secure Socket Layer Certification (SSL) similar to online banking and dictation is encrypted before it is sent to our servers.  Our typists’ access our virtual office and have restricted persmissions so we can monitor and maintain the security of your dictation and documentation.

We believe in keeping everything simple and have just one rate per minute of dictation. The rate doesn’t change if you send us priority work or out of hours work.

£1.30 per dictated minute
