Transcription for Surveyors
You are allocated a team of experienced secretaries to handle property transcription for you business, whether that is surveyors, estate agents, property management companies, inventory clerks and expert witnesses.
You might have a set of standard documents which are completed to suit each of your clients. Let us have a copy of your standard documents and you simply dictate the parts of the document that needs completing. It’s a very cost effective way of working as you only pay for recording “the blanks”.
Work can be returned to you within hours and you choose your deadline with us, so if that valuation report must reach the bank by close of business today you can choose a 1 hour turnaround (subject to length of the dictation). Your work is emailed directly to you by your favourite typist.
We believe in keeping everything simple and have just one rate per minute of dictation. The rate doesn’t change if you send us priority work or out of hours work.

We understand the need for confidentiality and all of our secretaries sign a legal agreement with us to keep any and all information confidential. Our terms of business contain the contract between us and our clients.
