Marinated chicken wrapped in Pandanus leaf served with Matou special dipping sauce

A combination of chicken, homemade green curry paste, coconut cream, bamboo shoot, Thai basil and fresh chilli served with jasmine rice

Chargrilled red salmon served with egg noodles and a house special teriyaki sauce

Stir-fried sliced beef with onion, bell peppers, fine beans, red chilli and Thai Holy Basil served with jasmine rice
