Marinated chicken wrapped in Pandanus leaf served with Matou special dipping sauce
Salt and Pepper Ribs
Lightly battered pork ribs tossed in the wok with diced onions, peppers, fresh chilli, salt/pepper and a hint of shaoxing wine

Crispy lamb served with iceberg lettuce and plum sauce

Thai Green Chicken Curry
A combination of chicken, homemade green curry paste, coconut cream, bamboo shoot, Thai basil and fresh chilli served with jasmine rice

Chargrilled red salmon served with egg noodles and a house special teriyaki sauce

Stir-fried sliced beef with onion, bell peppers, fine beans, red chilli and Thai Holy Basil served with jasmine rice
